PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, images and pricing accurately. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or correct errors in product information at any time.
ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or decline an order because of inventory errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, inaccurate information or other reasonable business concerns.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
PRICING, PAYMENTS AND TAXES
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Customers agree to provide accurate billing, shipping and payment information. Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
SHIPPING
Standard U.S. shipping is $6.95 per order. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders over $85.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. JOE FUN DAY LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery when items are unworn, unused and in their original condition.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The JOE FUN DAY name, logo, designs, photographs, product descriptions, website content and slogan MAKE TIME HAVE FUN are owned by or licensed to JOE FUN DAY LLC.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without written permission.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit harmful code, commit fraud or use the website for unlawful purposes.
